Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details. If you sign in through a third-party service (such as Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.
2.2 Feedback Data
When you connect feedback sources (such as Slack, Intercom, support tickets, or upload files), we ingest and process the feedback content to provide our services. This data is owned by you and your organization. We process it solely to deliver insights to you.
2.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information. This helps us improve the product and troubleshoot issues.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
Provide, maintain, and improve our services
Process and analyze feedback data to generate insights, themes, and sentiment analysis
Authenticate your account and manage access
Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests

4. AI and Data Processing
Quebot uses artificial intelligence to analyze feedback and extract insights. We use the following AI providers to process your data: Google Gemini, OpenAI, Mistral.
We have ensured that none of these providers use your data to train their AI models. Your feedback & product data is processed solely to deliver insights to you and is not retained by our AI providers beyond the duration of the processing request. We continuously review our AI provider agreements to ensure your data remains protected.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
Encryption of data in transit and at rest
Access controls and authentication for all systems
Regular security reviews of our infrastructure
Secure handling of API keys and credentials
6. Data Retension
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Feedback data is retained for as long as your organization maintains an active account.
Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
7. Third-Party Services
We share your information only with third-party services that are necessary to provide our platform:
Cloud infrastructure — Hetzner & Cloudflare (hosting and storage)
AI providers — Google Gemini, OpenAI, Mistral (as described in Section 4)
Authentication — Third-party sign-in providers (e.g., Google OAuth)
Integrations — Slack, Intercom, and other feedback sources you choose to connect
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not display third-party advertising.
